Grandpa went to be with the love of his life last week. I know he missed grandma so much and it makes me feel better knowing he is happy with her now. I wish Olivia could've met grandma because know she would've loved Olivia! Grandpa loved Olivia very much and always got a big smile on his face when he saw her. I know he was amazed by how quickly she grew and changed. Olivia was a tiny baby when they first met, and she was running around his place getting into everything the last time they saw each other a few weeks ago. What a difference year makes. I am rushing off to work in a minute, but really wanted to put up the few pictures I got this past weekend. We made a quick trip to Vashon on Saturday and spent the night, so we could see my grandpa in his new place on the island. The room was really nice and he seemed very happy to see us! We also got to fill up the bird feeders outside his window so he could see the birds more. He took a fall outside last week so that is why his hand is bandaged. Mom takes care of it every day and does a great job!
